Ideal served at ambient temperature (15-16°C), it goes very well with light starters (fish, chicken), charcuterie mâchons, spicy or flavoured dishes, curry and saffron. Served cooler, it will be an ideal match with grilled meats, poultry, barbecues and will accompany your cheese platters, from the more creamy (Briat Savarin, St Marcellin) to the more veiny (Fourme d'Ambert, Bleus de Bresse) In this cuvée you'll find aromatic qualities and the silkiness and freshness of the Gamay. Ripe fruit, blackcurrant, acidic in the mouth, fresh and more nervous in the attack, which gives it a good open, continuing with mineral character, slightly rough on the tongue. This "mineral-deposit" sensation, characteristic of this granite wine, results in beautiful length in the mouth and good persistence while maintaining a fruity sensation.
