The Domaine Clos Du Temple is located in the heart of Languedoc on an unforgettable and ancestral terroir of Cabrières, well-known for its rosé wines. In 2020, the 2019 Clos du Temple rosé is elected ‘Meilleur Vin Rosé du Monde’ by. The Drinks magazine. The estate and the wines are unique, the vine is cultivated in biodynamic, the manual harvests are done in the morning at dawn to keep the freshness of the grapes. The grape varieties are the Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Viognier in order to produce an absolute balance, of incredible length and a charming freshness.
