The estate is committed to producing unique wines, with its vines cultivated using biodynamic practices. The harvests are carried out manually at dawn, ensuring the grapes retain their freshness. The vineyard blends a variety of premium grape types, including Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Viognier, to create wines of incredible balance, charming freshness, and remarkable length.
