Following in the footsteps of the previous three generations, Marc, Yves, and Christophe are Independent Winegrowers, certified "Terra Vitis" and in the process of converting to organic viticulture in the Centre Loire, within the AOC Coteaux du Giennois. This young and emerging appellation is gaining popularity for its wines, characterized by fruitiness, freshness, and minerality. The three winegrowers combine their experience with new techniques to highlight the diverse terroirs of the Coteaux du Giennois appellation. They offer multiple expressions of the Sauvignon Blanc grape, cultivated in flinty, clay-limestone, and marly soils. Their rosé and red wines are equally intriguing, with unique blends and aging techniques specific to the estate.
