The vineyard, located in the Southwest of France between the Massif Central and the Pyrenees, spans 11 departments, including Aveyron, Dordogne, and Pyrénées-Atlantiques. It is home to the AOC Jurançon sec, which extends over about 1,000 hectares of clay-limestone and stony soils to the southwest of Pau. Grape varieties such as gros manseng, petit manseng, and courbu, cultivated in an oceanic microclimate, allow the production of dry white wines that are fruity and elegant, with good structure and pleasing roundness. These wines, with aromas of honey, spices, flowers, and exotic fruits, can be stored for up to 5 years before being enjoyed.
