A Passion for Biodynamic Wine-Growing in the Heart of Côte des Bar

In the heart of the Côte des Bar, I cultivate 13 hectares of vines using biodynamic practices, having transitioned to this method in 2008. My approach is deeply attuned to nature; I carefully study the needs of my vines, providing them with energy and care through herbal concoctions, remedies, and silica sprays. With the guidance of experts, these innovative and continuously evolving techniques are applied from pruning through to harvest.

My terroirs now fully express their richness, which is captured during the barrel vinification of my finest wines. My passion for wine-making was passed down by my mother, who also had the vine running through her veins, as it does mine. Wine-making is not just my profession; it is my vocation.

I have an intimate connection with the vines, one that draws me to them daily. I cherish the silent, subtle conversations I have with them, where even the smallest change in their mood is a cue for me. This bond goes beyond cultivation; it is a profound, reciprocal love for the land that I nurture. The harvest is the culmination of this devotion—when the vines offer their clear, fresh juice, signaling the beginning of something extraordinary.
