AOC Vin de Corse - Figari

The Corsican vineyard represents the smallest wine production of all French vineyards, with less than 1% of the total. On the Isle of Beauty, we can notably find the AOC Vin de Corse - Figari.

The appellation area of ​​this AOC extends over a little over 130 hectares of soils composed of alluvium and granite rocks. Mainly niellucio, vermentino and sciaccarello vines are subject to the Mediterranean climate, both very sunny and tempered by the mistral of this geographical area, and allow the production of white, rosé and red wines. Fine and full-bodied, the wines of this appellation reflect the terroir in which they were produced.
