Located in the South-West quarter of France, the Bordeaux vineyard is known for its great wines. Among the many appellations it has, we find the AOC Sainte-Foy - Bordeaux.

The appellation area of this AOC extends over nearly 300 hectares in the Entre-deux-Mers wine region, on clay-limestone and sandy-clay soils. The grape varieties used in the production of these wines are those typical of Bordeaux, namely Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc for red wines, and Sémillon, Sauvignon, Muscadelle and Ugni Blanc for white wines. The reds can be kept for between 3 and 7 years and the whites for 1 to 5 years.
