AOC Rosette

As its name suggests, this vineyard is located in the South-West of France, between the Massif Central and the Pyrenees, and extends over 11 departments (Aveyron, Dordogne, Gers, Haute-Garonne, Hautes-Pyrénées, Lot, Lot-et-Garonne, Tarn, Tarn-et-Garonne, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Landes). It includes the AOC Rosette.

The appellation area of ​​this AOC extends over the territory of the municipalities of Bergerac, Lembras, Creysse, Maurens, Prigonrieux and Ginestet on barely 13 hectares of soils mainly composed of clay, sand and gravel. Sauvignon, Sémillon and Muscadelle vines, subject to the temperate oceanic climate of this geographical area, are planted in this appellation and allow the production of sweet white wines. Smooth and rich, these wines reveal a supple and round structure, a fresh and lively mouth and aromas of exotic fruits and citrus fruits.
