AOC Côtes de Toul

On the banks of the Rhine, the winegrowers of the Alsace and Moselle region delight us with their best vintages. In this region, we find in particular the AOC Côtes de Toul. In Meurthe-et-Moselle, the appellation area extends over 8 communes over a distance of approximately 20 kilometers, to the west of the city of Toul. In AOC Côtes de Toul, we find both white wines (based on Auxerrois), red wines (Pinot Noir), but also gray wines, the result of the vinification of red-skinned and white-fleshed grape varieties such as Pinot Noir and Gamay.

The wines of the AOC Côtes de Toul represent 70% of the regional production and are 90% white wines.
