The wines have a ruby colour with purplish hues when they are from the ouest side of the terroir (with granitic soils) and a darker ruby colour on the rockier soils of the center of the terroir.Red fruits notes are the most present. The wine, that is to be consumed between 2 to 3 years after the harvest, is supple and fine, with red fruits aromas. Its freshness and fruity notes make it the perfect ally for simple and tasty cooking.
