On the palate it presents a tannic structure with plenty of finesse, accompanied by fruity aromas. Aged in barrels for one year, it enjoys complex vanilla notes. It is a colourful, elegant and silky wine.It will go perfectly with grilled and white meats. It can be enjoyed now or will keep for another five years.

CHATEAU MAMIN
An exceptional terroir with the resurgence of alluvial gravel, at the locality known as "Le Caillou" (the pebble), Château Mamin appears on 18th century maps as a property of the knight of Mamin. It is located in Arbanats, in the heart of the Graves region. Vincent Lataste took over and restructured the property in 1991 in order to create a contiguous plot with 80% Merlot, which ripens perfectly on this warm earth.
