Sophie Charbonnier, originally from Réunion Island, has realized a dream with her husband: to create their own vineyard in the Haut Entre-Deux-Mers region, in Sainte Gemme, Gironde. Together, they have meticulously selected their plots and ensured that each harvest is carried out at its peak, respecting the principles of organic farming. Their work results in wines of great finesse, produced in collaboration with “Les Vignerons Réunis de Monségur”.
