NATURAL WINE AS A CRAFT AND HISTORICAL HERITAGE

Pépin is a participant in the liberation, an ally, a Resistance fighter. Our civilisation was founded on a product of the land, natural wine. Throughout history, it has always been produced by craftsmen, revealing terroirs and tastes, working living soils, harvesting their grapes by hand and vinifying them without inputs. Wine was healthy, regularly consumed, a balance in our society and in our agricultural landscape.

PÉPIN: THE ACCESSIBILITY OF NATURAL WINE AND THE ART OF COLLABORATION

With Pépin, we make natural wine accessible both in price and taste, thanks to precision work. In terms of design, we are fortunate to work with the artist Michel Tolmer, who is well known in the world of natural wine. Each cuvée comes from vines grown under organic farming methods, harvested by hand, with no inputs during vinification, using only indigenous yeasts from the cellar and the estate, and no added sulphites. The batches, which are different from one another, follow one another and are all subject to the same specifications. Depending on the number of winemakers involved in each type of wine, the product may change several times a year... Tastes vary, but the framework and the reasons that lead you to open a type of Pépin bottle remain invariable.
