Olivier Fleury, born into a family of winemakers, is the owner of several prestigious estates in Bordeaux. His production spans 32 hectares of vineyards and includes Château du Pavillon, Clos des Servitudes, Château Les Roques, and Château Fleury in Barsac. These vineyards are located in renowned areas of Bordeaux's liquoreux appellations, including Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, Loupiac, Sauternes, and Barsac. The estate also produces wines in the Cadillac Côtes-de-Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur, Bordeaux Blanc Sec, and Bordeaux Rosé appellations, as well as a Crémant.

A Unique Terroir for Noble Grapes

The Château du Pavillon, built in the 18th century, stands proudly above the Sainte-Croix-du-Mont vineyards, offering panoramic views of the lush Garonne River banks. Located on a unique terroir of gravel and clay-limestone soils rich with fossilized oysters, the vineyard’s steep, south-facing slopes provide the perfect conditions for the best expression of Bordeaux's noble grape varieties. This distinctive environment allows the estate to craft wines that reflect the region’s rich history and exceptional terroir.
