TUTIAC: A Union of Gironde's Finest Winemakers
Located in the north of Gironde, the cooperative Les Vignerons de Tutiac benefits from an oceanic climate and a terroir renowned worldwide. Established in 1974, Tutiac has evolved over the years, merging with other vineyards to unite nearly 700 winemakers who share the same vision and values: cooperation, mutual support, and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
The cooperative produces wines under several prestigious appellations: Bordeaux, Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux, and Côtes de Bourg. Tutiac is known for its deep knowledge of the region's terroir, which is reflected in the care and expertise of its winemakers. Each wine is crafted with an emphasis on bringing out the best expression of the terroir and the grape varieties, including Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Sauvignon Blanc. The wines are smooth, fruity, with roundness and structure—designed for epicureans seeking both indulgence and pleasure.
Defending the Bordeaux Terroir
This call unites us—700 winemakers from both banks of the Gironde. We are Tutiac, and what binds us is life, wine, labor, and our spirit of brotherly cooperation. Our terroir is one of the most beautiful, diverse, nuanced, and remarkable vineyards in the world! We cultivate it responsibly, honoring its natural characteristics, generation after generation. Bold, persistent, and obsessed with quality, we offer unique pleasures to connoisseurs around the world, celebrating every facet and tradition of Bordeaux: from Blaye to Sauternes, through Bourg, Fronsac, Médoc, and Graves.
