Clos du Marbrier, located in the charming medieval village of Caunes-Minervois, is led by the passionate winemaker Irène Prioton. Formerly a marble workshop, this historic place has been transformed into an artisanal winemaking cellar, where Irène puts all her energy and expertise into creating unique wines.

Since 2001, Irène Prioton has fully committed to respecting nature by cultivating her vines according to organic viticulture principles.
