At the heart of our vineyard, we are deeply passionate about the art of vine-growing and winemaking. In 2021, we took over a unique 1.80-hectare plot, home to 50-year-old Braucol vines. These ancient vines, planted using mass selection before the era of clones and grafted vines, thrive in an exceptional terroir of deep clay and gravel soils. This ideal combination ensures the perfect environment to fully express the potential of red wines, resulting in wines with complexity, character, and richness in every vintage.

Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond traditional viticulture. We are currently transitioning to organic farming, employing precision viticulture techniques that protect the environment and support biodiversity. Our philosophy centers around producing high-quality wines using only perfectly ripe grapes, which are hand-harvested with the utmost care. We craft our wines using artisanal methods, avoiding modern technologies, allowing the wine to evolve naturally. Through the traditional practice of aging on lees from fermentation to long maturation, our wines acquire remarkable depth, softness, and complexity—distinctiv
