A Preserved Location, A Virtuous Culture

In La Cadière d’Azur, take the Chemin de St Côme, a true invitation to daydream. This preserved area, bordered by vines, terraced stone walls, cypress trees, and olive groves, leads you all the way to the sea. It is in this scenic landscape that you will discover my Vineyard. On 2 hectares, in alignment with my values (I have been certified organic since 2009), I cultivate my vines in the most virtuous way possible, without herbicides or pesticides. In my quest for balance and harmony, I am open to various farming techniques that respect nature and biodiversity (agroforestry, cover crops, vitipastoralism, de-shoeing, physiological pruning, lunar calendar-based practices…). Making wine is truly a passion and a wonderful adventure, a process that combines my love for the land, an aesthetic, a philosophy, and my desire to share it.

A Place for Sharing: Wine Tasting in a Unique Setting

It is in an unconventional setting with its “Guinguette – sales cellar and wine bar” where you can taste my AOC Bandol Red, AOC Côtes de Provence Rosé (Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault), and Red (with no added sulfites), featuring old vines of Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Grenache. This convivial place, a spot for meeting, exchanging, and sharing, is nestled beneath a centuries-old oak tree, amidst the vines and animals of the estate.
