Domaine Saint Amant: A Unique Terroir in the Heart of Beaumes-de-Venise

Nestled in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail at an altitude of 500 meters, Domaine Saint Amant is located within the Beaumes-de-Venise appellation, benefiting from an exceptional terroir. The estate spans 13 hectares of small plots on steep, south-east facing slopes, exposed to the cooling Mistral wind. The poor, dry marl and Trias limestone soils are not prone to disease or parasites, creating ideal conditions for the vines to flourish.

At Domaine Saint Amant, we adhere to traditional and rigorous viticulture methods. The harvest is done manually, and the vinification and aging processes take place in thermo-regulated vats, using stainless steel or French oak. Our state-of-the-art underground winery, built in 1995, is climate-controlled to ensure optimal conditions for wine production.

The Jacques Wallut family, both owners and growers, produces around 50,000 bottles each year, focused on quality and craftsmanship. To truly experience our wines and learn more about our story, we invite you to visit us in person.
