ORGANIC WINES FROM ANJOU AND COTEAUX DU LAYON

Paul-Eric Chauvin is a winegrower in the Loire Valley, in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon. He produces a range of original wines using certified organic methods, marked by the black schist terroirs of the Anjou region. The family's 9-hectare vineyard is located entirely in the commune of Rablay sur Layon. It is planted mainly with Chenin Blanc, the emblematic grape variety of the Loire, but also with Cabernet Franc and Grolleau Noir.

The family business

Paul-Eric CHAUVIN and Philippe CESBRON, the 5th generation of the family to run this estate, have been the current managers since 1993. Paul-Eric is in charge of vinification, while Philippe manages the vineyards. Mireille VIGNERON joined the estate in 2010 and is responsible for marketing and administration.
