The Fruit of Beaujolais, the Charm of Burgundy

Four generations have followed one another on the estate. Christophe's great-great-grandfather was a cooper. Aware of his ecosystem, Christophe Sornay practices grassing between his vines and enriches the soil with humus through the shredding of his vine cuttings.

The estate covers 12 hectares of vineyards in Morgon, Régnié, and Beaujolais, producing white, red, and rosé wines. The estate has been certified HVE (High Environmental Value) since 2019. The wines unmistakably reflect the motto of the Morgon appellation: "The fruit of Beaujolais, the charm of Burgundy."
