Expansion of the Vineyard and the Success of Costières de Nîmes

In the 1970s, Jacques Boucoiran decided to expand the vineyard by planting Merlot, contributing to the creation of one of the first properties in Costières de Nîmes. The estate, now managed by Benoite Guigon-Boucoiran, a member of the winemaking family who has successfully preserved the viticultural heritage, continues to produce high-quality wines.

The Success of Costières de Nîmes

Located in the Gard department, in Saint-Gilles, the estate produces a range of red and rosé wines under the Costières de Nîmes Protected Designation of Origin (AOP). Thanks to the passion passed down through generations and an exceptional environment, with a warm and temperate climate during the summer and a terroir ideal for vine cultivation, Benoite Guigon-Boucoiran has maintained the excellence of the production. This work was rewarded with the Prix d'Excellence at the Concours Général Agricole in 2016, highlighting the exceptional quality of the estate's wines.
