Domaine des Chers: A Commitment to Excellence in Beaujolais

Founded in 1956, the Domaine des Chers extends over 4 ha in Juliénas and 1 ha in Saint Amour, condensed on the best south-facing plots of the Cru and located on the Beaujolais Route des Vins. The small surface area of the land is well-suited to the use of sustainable and integrated vine growing methods and careful attention is given to the vines, appropriate for the production of great red wines. Our old vines, aged between 40 and 100 years old, are without doubt our best oenological asset.

An optimal yield of 50 hl allows us to emphasise the richness of the Domaine des Chers wines. We produce 25,000 bottles per year, sold to individuals, restaurants, wine merchants and for export. For all these processes, we are committed to the independent wine-makers' charter.
