Organic wines (since 2015) and "natural" wines, in the heart of the Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc. Working the vine in partnership with nature instead of by fighting it, growing a wine instead of manufacturing it, this is the vision I have of my profession.

In Bédarieux, everything works together with the focus on producing exceptional wines. And this is why I returned home after many years spent travelling the vineyards of the world. The secret of great wines lie in their terroir and a deep understanding of it by the men who make the wine.
