Domaine De Lahaye: Commitment to the Environment, Vines, and Terroir in the Heart of Jura

Located in the heart of the Jura, at the foot of the stunning Château Chalon, Domaine De Lahaye is a family-owned vineyard covering 6.50 hectares. Established in 2003 by father and son, Jean-Pierre and Guillaume Tissot, the estate builds on Jean-Pierre’s decades of experience as a winemaker since 1975, including his previous vineyard in Nevy sur Seille.

Domaine De Lahaye produces a range of exceptional wines, including Savagnin, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Poulsard, always with a focus on respecting the vines and the unique Jura terroir. Environmental stewardship is a top priority for Jean-Pierre and Guillaume, who utilize integrated farming practices to ensure sustainable wine production."Our use of natural fertilizers is carefully considered, with one goal: to cultivate grapes that best express the true character of our Jura terroir.
