At Domaine de l'Ecette, Vincent Daux, who took over the family estate in 1997 after studying winemaking, combines traditional Burgundy vinification methods with contemporary practices. This careful balance ensures that the quality and unique characteristics of the terroir are preserved in every bottle. Today, the estate spans 14 hectares of vines, continuing to produce wines that reflect the rich heritage of Burgundy.
