A Family Tradition of Wine Craftsmanship in the Heart of Provence
In the center of the village of Cairanne, nestled in the heart of Provence, four generations of passionate entrepreneurs have continued the family legacy. Nadine and Stéphane, deeply in love with the land and wine, founded the winery and crafted their first vintage in 2011.
The 30-hectare vineyard, situated on clay-limestone soil, stretches across the Aygues terraces, extending to the mountains that overlook the Rhône plain. The vines, over 50 years old, are cultivated using organic fertilizers, short pruning, and controlled treatments to preserve the integrity of the soil.
Harvested exclusively by hand, the grapes undergo a two-stage sorting process: first by the cutters in the field, and then again at the winery on a sorting table. Vinification takes place in thermo-regulated concrete vats using traditional methods, with a vatting period ranging from 20 to 30 days, accompanied by daily délestages (rack-and-return) and pumping over.
The wines are aged for 12 to 18 months in 600-liter oak barrels. Bottling is done without fining or filtration, preserving the natural essence of the wine. Nadine and Stéphane are delighted to share their vintages with you, inviting you to experience the true Provençal way of life!
