A 10-Hectare Estate with Authentic Grape Varieties

The estate spans several plots, covering a total of 10 hectares, all dedicated to viticulture. The vines are primarily planted with iconic regional grape varieties, such as Carignan, Syrah, and Grenache. Part of these vineyards are classified under the A.O.C. Minervois, ensuring the quality and authenticity of the wines produced on the estate.

Diversification with Olive Trees and Truffles

In addition to its winemaking activities, the estate has ventured into other agricultural pursuits. An olive-growing project has been developed, adding another layer of agricultural diversity to the estate. In 2006, a one-hectare plot was also dedicated to the cultivation of truffle oaks, a venture that promises aromatic treasures in the future. This diversification allows the estate to explore various agricultural aspects while maintaining its commitment to quality and authenticity, values that underpin all of its endeavors.
