Located in the heart of Pouilly-sur-Loire, Domaine Chollet spans 12.5 hectares under the renowned Pouilly Fumé and Pouilly-sur-Loire appellations. The first wine was crafted in 1960, and since then, the Chollet family has dedicated itself to producing exceptional wines that honor the unique terroir of Pouilly. Today, Gilles Chollet, with the help of his wife Valérie and their son Séverin, continue the family tradition.

After studying in Beaune, Séverin brought a modern touch to the estate, enhancing its winemaking process while maintaining the family's foundational philosophy of craftsmanship, hard work, and environmental respect. Sustainability and Certifications

The Domaine Chollet is certified High Environmental Value (HEV) Level 3 since 2020 and is currently transitioning to organic farming practices. The estate’s commitment to sustainable viticulture is reflected in its wines, which have earned numerous medals each year, solidifying their reputation for producing some of the best Sauvignon Blanc in the world.

Pouilly Fumé: A Sauvignon Blanc of Distinction

The estate's Pouilly Fumé wines, made exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc grape, are known for their aromatic and mineral qualities. They showcase vibrant flavors of citrus and exotic fruits, making them an ideal pairing for shellfish, fish, white meats, roasted chicken, and cheese.
