In 1993, Philippe Fezas became the fifth generation to lead Domaine Chiroulet, a family estate that has been passed down through the Fezas family for 150 years. Located on the hills of upper Gascony, the estate takes its name from the local dialect word “Chiroula,” meaning "the wind that blows."
