Domaine Beyer, located between the mountains and plains, covering 9 hectares across 5 wine-producing communes, has been family-owned for four generations. Today, Patrick, his wife, and their son Mathieu continue to uphold this family tradition. Concerned about the environment, they made HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification a priority and began transitioning to organic farming in 2019. This shift demonstrates their commitment to producing wines that are environmentally friendly while preserving the integrity of the land.

Manual Harvesting and Wine Quality

The harvest is carried out manually, ensuring the preservation of the grapes' quality and guaranteeing that each cuvée fully reflects the potential of the terroir.
