Château La Baie de Lalo is a family-owned estate with 2 hectares of vines located in the Médoc AOC, managed by Denis and Laëtitia Puyssegur, dedicated winegrowers and owners. The vineyard’s story began with Denis' aunt, Eliane, a winemaker herself, who instilled in him a deep passion for viticulture and the drive to persevere in the field. After completing his studies and gaining experience at various châteaux in the Médoc and Haut Médoc, Denis purchased 1.2 hectares of vines in 2008. In 2015, he and his wife Laëtitia founded La Grappe Médocaine Sarl, a company offering wine services. Their first vintage, made from the iconic Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes of the Médoc, was released in 2016.

Denis and Laëtitia offer two wine ranges: the Tradition cuvée, aged in stainless steel vats, and the Prestige cuvée, aged in oak barrels. Both are made with a strong commitment to nature and terroir, as no herbicides are used on the vines. The estate produces 12,500 bottles annually, sold exclusively to private customers. The wines are the result of meticulous selection, always in harmony with nature and the Médoc appellation. Recently, their 16-year-old son Dorian, who has inherited their passion for wine, passed his exams and is following in their footsteps—ensuring that the family legacy continues!
