Exceptional Wines from Saint-Emilion
The family estate in Saint-Emilion was founded in 1989 by Dominique Corbière and his father, Jean Corbière, who established a GAEC (Agricultural Cooperative Group). Since 2016, the estate has been managed by Dominique and his wife, continuing the family tradition with passion and expertise. Located to the south of Saint-Emilion, in the Dartus area, the terroir features a sandy, gravelly, and silty texture, ideal for grape cultivation.
An Exceptional Vineyard
The vineyard, with vine ages ranging from 40 to 100 years, produces wines of great quality, with a robust structure and refined aromatic complexity. The grape varieties are distributed as follows:
- Merlot: 4.5 hectares
- Cabernet Franc: 1.6 hectares
- Cabernet Sauvignon: 0.4 hectares
Commitment to the Environment
The estate is in the process of obtaining HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification, ensuring environmentally friendly practices. We do not use herbicides and advocate for respect of traditional winemaking methods. Our practices include hand harvesting, green harvesting, leaf thinning, and careful soil management to ensure the quality and purity of our wines.
