Château de Pravins: A Historic Estate with Organic Wines in the Heart of Beaujolais

Located in the heart of the Beaujolais region, the heritage-listed Château de Pravins has been a wine-growing estate since 1251. A family property, it was taken over by Isabelle Brossard in 2005. In 2013, the estate obtained organic certification, and today it is planted with Gamay for red wines and Chardonnay for both white and sparkling wines.

The Château is part of a 9-hectare environmental ensemble that includes a park, a lake, meadows, and 5 hectares of vines. The estate is open for visits year-round by appointment. Recently, accommodation for 4 people has been added, available for reservations through Gîtes de France.
