A Winemaking Dream in Saint-Emilion

Olivia and Didier Le Calvez have turned their dream into reality by producing wine in the renowned Saint-Emilion region, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2010. Both share a deep passion for wine—Didier, having grown up in Cadaujac, developed an interest in the wine market early on, while Olivia has cherished childhood memories among the vines of the Haut Médoc.

Château Clarisse: A Family History

After years of careful research, they acquired a beautiful estate with impressive cellars, situated on the plateau of Puisseguin, one of Saint-Emilion's satellite villages. They named their vineyard Château Clarisse in honor of their daughter. Committed to sustainable practices, the estate has been certified organic since 2019. The wines produced here feature a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Carmenere grapes, embodying the essence of the region's exceptional terroir.
