Château Chatain

Wine production at Château Chatain dates back to 1750, and in 1928, the estate was acquired by the Comte de la Guéronnière, whose family continues to manage the château today. With such a prestigious history, Château Chatain is rightfully known for producing exceptional AOC Lalande-de-Pomerol wines.

Château Chatain's wines have long been recognized for their quality, earning a silver medal at the 1900 Universal Exhibition. More recently, the 2007 and 2016 vintages were awarded silver medals at the 2017 IWSC, further cementing the estate's reputation for excellence.
