At the dawn of this century and millennium, Château Auzias-Paretlongue stands out as a defining feature of the Cabardès, with its impressive 160 contiguous hectares, making it one of the largest privately-owned wine estates in the Languedoc region. Today, Nathalie and Dominique Auzias, together with their four children, continue to expand the estate. They are actively restructuring the vineyard, renovating the cellars, and growing their sales network globally.
