Domaine en Viticulture Raisonnée – Champagne TUAL
Champagne Tual, a family-owned estate since 1820, embodies a long-standing tradition of passion and commitment to quality. Since 2008, Sandra and Jean-Baptiste have been marketing their own bottles, continuing the family’s legacy while building a close relationship with their customers.
Jean-Baptiste took over part of the family business in 1999, alongside his wife Sandra. Having witnessed the daily tasks of vineyard work from a young age, Jean-Baptiste continues to apply these practices with the same passion today. Together, they are dedicated to taking care of their environment and promoting a natural balance that supports biodiversity around their vineyards.
The estate practices sustainable viticulture, using methods that are respectful of the environment. They have chosen not to use pesticides and focus on practices such as regular soil analysis, plowing, and using mowers to maintain healthy soil and preserve the ecosystem. This respect for nature creates a harmonious environment for cultivating their vines, connecting the land with the surrounding fauna and flora.
The three iconic Champagne grape varieties – Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay – are grown across three villages in the Montagne de Reims, contributing to the production of exceptional champagnes, perfectly attuned to their terroir.
