Champagne Fauvet-Courleux is a family-owned business with three generations of expertise in innovation. Located in the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry, just 15 km west of Reims, our estate boasts vines planted on hillsides across two exceptional terroirs—Massif de Saint-Thierry and Montagne de Reims—benefiting from optimal exposure for perfect vine development.

For over 15 years, the values upheld by Fauvet-Courleux have allowed us to earn prestigious certifications, including the HVE (High Environmental Value) and the Viticulture Durable en Champagne (Sustainable Winegrowing in Champagne) labels since 2017. These recognitions affirm our commitment to environmentally respectful practices and make us a benchmark Champagne producer in sustainability.

Our Champagnes are crafted from the three signature Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. We aim to offer our customers a chance to savor our wines at any moment of their lives. Our vintages are released at least three years after harvest, ensuring they are perfectly ready for enjoyment.
