Benoît prioritizes the production of champagnes that adhere to sustainable farming and viticulture practices, following the three-zero rule: Zero insecticide, Zero herbicide, and Zero added sulfites during disgorgement. As a grower-producer, the estate’s champagnes are certified with HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and VDC (Viticulture Durable en Champagne), ensuring that every bottle reflects the estate's commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.
