Champagne Palmer & Co is firmly committed to environmental sustainability, being one of the first houses to achieve "société à mission" status. Certified ISO 14001 and labeled Engagé RSE – 2 stars, the house aligns its strategy and activities with its environmental values. Today, over 80% of their vineyard is labeled HVE, VDC, or organic. For over 70 years, the pursuit of excellence and respect for terroir have been the pillars of Palmer & Co, where every decision is made with deep respect for nature.

The estate has always been at the forefront of innovation while staying true to its traditions. Since 2016, Palmer & Co has been working to reduce its environmental impact, adopt agroecological practices, and officially convert its vineyard to organic farming. Every action is designed to reveal the potential of the terroir, ensuring high-quality champagnes while preserving the environment.

Palmer & Co: A Legacy of Passion

Xavier Berdin, Cellar Master at Palmer & Co, comes from a long line of winemakers from Chavot, near Épernay. Trained in the art of winemaking at Château Rauzan Ségla, a Grand Cru Classé in Margaux, Xavier has gained solid experience that has allowed him to establish himself as a young winemaker. His passion for wine and attachment to Champagne are reflected in every bottle he produces. Each day, the winemaker remains true to the house's motto, “Ce que l'on fait avec le temps, le temps le respecte” (What you do with time, time respects), to offer increasingly high-quality cuvées.
